ContractX received a "Strong Positive" rating in Gartner's "MarketScope: Contract Management, 2007."
Symfact AG was one of 9 vendors evaluated in the report and received the highest possible rating, "Strong Positive".
According to the Gartner report, "Gartner research estimated the enterprise contract management market at approximately $200 million for 2006, a 9% increase over 2005. We anticipate revenue growth in the double digits during the next few years. Early adopters have successfully proven the value of enterprise contract management applications; as a result, demand for these tools has increased. Growth will come from current customers, who are expanding the scope of their solutions within their organizations, as well as new customers."

NHS PASA AWARDS SUPPLIER INFORMATION DATABASE CONTRACT TO SURESTOCK
SureStock Services Limited today announced the contract award and successful implementation of a new Supplier Information Database for the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (NHS PASA). A second company, Healthlogistics.co.uk Limited, played a key role as a subcontractor to SureStock, advising on the structure and content of the database. A third company, Symfact AG, provided the core product, ContractX.
The new Supplier Information Database (SID) is the national repository of data about the NHS supplier base. It contains detailed information on 15,000 suppliers including data on each company and its contacts, products, accounts, insurance, accreditations and existing NHS contracts. The main users are about 5,000 buyers in NHS field organisations plus about 100 buyers in NHS PASA itself. In addition, each supplier is responsible for maintaining its own detailed data, meaning that there are a further 15,000 users. The new SID is NHS PASA's second generation repository, building on the lessons learned from a first generation system over the last three years.
