Privacy Statement

Since the SureStock site permits you as a user to submit information via e-mail, SureStock sets out below the terms of our Privacy Statement to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the information you may submit. If you choose to register or submit information, you agree to the use of such information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. You do not have to submit any personal information in order to use this site. Users may however choose to submit certain personally identifiable information.

Cookies

SureStock may use cookies (alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser). SureStock uses cookies to facilitate use of the site and to improve navigation within the site.

Information submitted

SureStock only collects any personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you, if, for instance, you wish to submit an information request or to contact SureStock with enquiries or requests for further information. The type of information SureStock receives in relation to such requests may include name, title, organisation, address, telephone and e-mail addresses and any additional information a user may include in his/her message. Opportunities to send messages to SureStock through the site are provided solely so that users may send comments and communications to SureStock and to request information from us. These messages are forwarded through the site to the appropriate persons within SureStock to respond, at their discretion, to the questions or comments or to provide the information requested.

Use of personal data

The contact information including your personal data provided by and through your submission of a message through the SureStock site will be used by SureStock only for the intended purpose stated at the time the information was collected. It may be used by SureStock for the purpose of contacting you in order to provide you with the requested information. The contact information you provide will be kept only for the period of time considered reasonable to facilitate or to service completely your requests or until you request that we delete that information. Access to personal data

Each user has the right of access to any personal data they have submitted to SureStock through the website. SureStock is committed to providing reasonable and practical access to users in order to allow them the opportunity to identify and correct any inaccuracies. When commercially practicable, if SureStock is informed of the inaccuracy of any personal data collected through the site, SureStock will make appropriate corrections based on the updating information provided by a user. Security of personal data

SureStock has in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect information provided by users from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. All SureStock employees are aware of our privacy and security policies. Your information is only accessible to those employees who need it in order to perform their jobs.

Children

SureStock understands the importance of protecting the privacy of children especially in the context of interactive media. The SureStock website is not designed or intentionally directed at children thirteen years of age or younger. SureStock has a policy of never knowingly collecting or maintaining information about anyone under the age of thirteen.
